Default Running, yay!

I made it to 3.25 mi today w/o stopping I've also been able to keep on track and although the scale hasn't moved (ggggrrrr) my clothes are getting looser and looser! Yay! I feel so good. Just wanted to share my enthusiasm!

Congrats! You should totally sign up for a 5K and get a t-shirt to show off. Not that the shirts are great, I just love showing off that I actually did one.

Thanks for the congratulations, guys! I weighed-in this AM and was down a pound! I definitely need to find a 5K to run in; I did them about once a month years ago when I was much more fit so this is more exciting than any other part of my weight loss.

And, I do love those t-shirts

Congrats!! That is awesome!

I am working towards being able to run a 5k too, but I'm just starting to show real progress. Wed I ran 3/4 a mile without stopping which is a new record for me. hehe
