Yes it is true.

This lunchtime I went to an hour long yoga class.

I sweated for England and am so out of shape, I was huffing and puffing. Hopefully it will get better. I will be going once a week so that is a start! Then hopefully aerobics too. I actually feel happy and 'high' now!!

Ha ha! And when I sweat, I don't mean a bit of a glisten somewhere on the old bod, I mean a complete shower of my head, neck and chest! Very embarrassing when borrowing the teacher's yoga mat!!!
