Well I went in today and as of Tuesday I was 8 pounds down in 8 days, but I gained a pound back, but it was because I haven't been getting all my portions in everyday, and I have had a few things I shouldn't have. Overall I am still very happy about this program, and I love the girls there, they keep me going.

Iggy, Not all weigh ins are going to be down, as weight loss just doesn't work that way, it is the overall trend that is important, and 8 pounds in 8 days is amazing. I found sometimes it was what I was wearing (early in the program I went in wearing some heavy jeans, and it was the clothes that were heavier and not me) or the time of day that you weigh in, as most people are heavier later in the day, so just day to day fluctuations can make you feel that you are not as successful as you really are.

Thank you! I actually gained 3.6 lbs back, but am already back down to 8lbs down again, and just starting week 3, so not to bad. I can't complain!
