I'm going out for breakfast and am having much the same...a veggie egg scramble and Canadian bacon!

I plan to eat very lightly after that.

I think I'm now in love with canadian bacon! I found my deli carries it and I can get as much as needed and I can have them thin slice it. The brand cooks up crispy as well!! YUM

Breakfast: What.....did we all eat out?

Omelet with avocado, mushroom and turkey sausage (points) cooked with Pam spray. I used hot sauce. Fresh fruit.

Lunch: Cottage cheese and tomato

Dinner: Mixed field greens with balsamic vinegar; ww spaghetti with marinara, mushrooms, and a meatball (2 points) because it was small.

Do you all think posting my food will help me get off of this plateau?

Yes, Sloan, I do think posting what you're eating will help you break your plateau mainly because it will make you more aware of what you're eating. I know it helps me be more accountable.

b--2 pt WW bar that they gave me at the meeting (Does that count as eating bfast out?)
l--cornbread, mashed potatoes, turnip greens, pinto beans, carrots, onion, chow chow
s--0
d--split pea and ham soup/cornbread
s--2 plums

Did you like the bar? I ate mine and was sorry I spent the 2 points.

Yes, Sandra! That was breakfast out.

Yum....split pea soup sounds yummy.

Sorry I haven't been posting. I've been very busy. And now I have to go watch the convention.

Hi, Vickie. I did like that bar. I didn't buy any, though. What do you think of those 0 pt flavored straws?

I had points by eating 1 oz. of dark chocolate and 4 Brazil nuts.

I had chicken breast and salad for dinner.

I'm having a glass of lf milk before bed.

Yes, Sloanie, post here and it will help...
