Talking I had to smile!

Hi all!
I am now into my 6th week of eating right & exercising regularly & I needed to share this little tiny goal!
I lost my first stone!
I wasnt expecting a weight loss this week because i'd eaten out a fair bit, only salad & jacket potatoes, but you know the hidden calories in resturant meals.
I am also due on, so wasn't expecting any loss and was dreading a gain...
so I got on the scales this morning gritted my teeth, took a deep breath and looked down & there it was:
17.13!
Oh th smile!
I am sorry I know its pathetic & its no where near as impressive as the other stories on this page, but I needed to mark it with all you super girls, because your support has helped me so much!
Here to looking down & seeing 16.13, 15.13, 14.13, 13.13, 12.13, 11.13, 10.13, 10.00!

It's not pathetic at all! Well done! I'm a pound off the first stone in this re-start myself, and I know the nearer you get, the farther it runs away!

Congratulations!

It really does prove to the world how serious you are about this commitment. Losing a stone in a month is a fabulous achievement! Way to go! Now you'll begin to feel greedy and try harder and harder......it's a very good thing.
