I will be spending a lot of time away from my computer in the next few weeks due to working out of town...probably....with my company ANYTHING is possible.

I "expect" to be home next week-end for the LABOR DAY 5K then be gone for a couple of weeks...back for the week-end then gone for maybe 3 weeks.

My good friend ISABELLA...aka retiredone has agreed to take over the duties for the next 5K!

I know you will help and assist her as much as you have done for me!

The next 5K will be her ideas and on her time....GET EXCITED!....these times are changin'.....we are changin'....we are taking time to re-focus and do NEW THINGS!!!
