A little NSV at the doctor's office...

  • I had a “non scale victory” today – I had my annual "well woman exam" today and the nurse is taking my vitals. She asks me “do you work out” and I reply yes…she says “I can tell, because your pulse is very faint – which is usually a sign that someone is in good physical shape”. Wooo hooo!!!!
  • Congrats, even if I don't get what she meant . Maybe she meant it was slow?
  • Congrats........I'd take a compliment any way its given....Way to go...
  • What a cool thing to happen! Good on ya.. erm... or should I say good *off* ya! *grin*
  • Yay! In good shape is the most important part!

    Good job!
  • nice...you've crossed over to the other side.
  • I didn't know that faint slow pulse = must work out. I'm excited though!!! The RN also mentioned that vitals are a good way to tell if someone has been working out.

I'll take the compliments any way I can get them!! LOL!
  • I love that compliment! Bravo!
