Our center closed and I am going to run out of bars soon.

4 starches
2 dairy
2 fats
2 la lites
What would it be without the lites? I know you add some foods back but how much?

I can't speak for what the plan would be with no lites, but have you considered using a substitute for them? I use the South Beach cereal bars. They have fewer calories than the lites and more protein..
