Wow, kinda snuck up on me, but 163.5 this morning is halfway from 197 to 130
I was feeling great last week and fat this week (posted a higher weekly weight for the first time on Monday), so this is nice. Plus hopefully it's breaking this mini-plateau I've been on the last week or so.
I don't normally update my profile and sig until Monday, but decided I had a good reason to update today

The first half was a lot about big changes, and about sticking to it, making it through, learning to believe it was real. It was about going from couch potato to a healthy woman.
Now I'm still adjusting and changing things, but it's more about figuring out what works for me, what I love, what I want to live with. I'm already healthy (mostly), I've already got new habits. I'm not scared I'm gonna fall off the wagon. Now I'm just making it all better. Better food, better activity, better everything.
