Hi everyone, I'm Teresa. Today is my first day here. I just found the site. This place looks great and I'm glad I found it. I'm not really sure where to post or what to post or what to say, really. I just need some help losing weight, I need some friends and I need a support system. I feel I leave God out of my life, too often, unfortunately, and try to do things on my own. Oh, I'm 45, I have 2 teenaged daughters, one dog. I'm divorced. I'm tired of being overweight!
