Default plan manager points not accurate

I tried to see if this had been discussed before, but I couldn't find anything.

I joined WW on Thursday and have been using the e-tools. I LOVE the plan manager to keep track of my points, only, the daily points alloted it gives me are wrong. Anyone know how to adjust this?? I should get 40 and it says 34.

Thanks!

Go to their home page, click on the tab that says "the plan", then click on the tab under that that says "first steps", then click on "set your daily points target" -- you should be able to change the information there (except your weight/age). Let me know if this isn't what you were looking for

That's odd...I went there and I had already filled everything out before...so I hit save again and now it's right.

Strange. But very cool!!

Thanks!

Ha.....the point manager gave me an additional 3 pts per day. I like that but I know it isn't correct. Thanks for the info on how to correct.
Okay, I just did as suggested and I am back to where I am supposed to be. I may have to tell my sister because she gets quite a bit more than me so......

Another question....when I update my weight after weigh in......will my points automatically adjust or should I revisit that too when I drop in the points manually?

I believe it will adjust the points automatically when your weight changes. Just remember when you are losing weight, that your activity level is also changing (usually ) -- after I lost 20 -- I went back and changed my weigh. Ny activity had increased so I adjusted that and I actually gained a point!!

I just noticed my plan manager seems to have given me an extra point each day, even though I am losing? Strange...
