Default 5 pounds to go
From 165, I'm down to 140...just 5 pounds away from my end goal of 135.

But besides this progress on the scale, I'm also very happy about my toned arms. No more jiggling when I shake em. And I am now too small for my clothes.

Will share my blog with you soon once my status allows me to place my blog link. I have my before and after pics there.

Good for you! I'm 4 lbs away from my first goal..... then a long journey head of 70 lbs after that. I can't wait to be in your position!
