Hmm, I have about 50 to go too, doing WW and gradually trying to step up the exercise. I need all the support I can get, especially from other 20-somethings (or any age really) in the same boat, so I hope I can remember to check in here if it's OK!

so yesterday i managed to workout in the morning and i was very proud of myself.
i had a stomachache last night and into this afternoon so I will workout this evening. I actually will start day one of my Weight Loss phase tomorrow. I was too sick to eat anything most of today.
i get paid tomorrow and will buy my fiber supplements and some whey powder.
Joy - i am going to have to try that chocolate. i love trader joes!!! its so much cheaper than whole foods.
i hope everyone is having a wonderful OP day! we will get these 50 pounds off together ladies! lets keep it up!!!

Hi everyone! so i weighed in at WW yesterday and found out i've lost another 0.6kgs this week - a total of 4.8kg lost in 4 weeks which is pretty good but now i've realised i will have to start the dreaded E-word (yes...i do mean EXERCISE!!!)
at the moment i am working from 8.30 in the morning till 9.30 at night so not alot of time to go walking as its very dark when i come home. i want to buy an exercise bike shortly but i have read that you should get into an exercise habit before investing in equipment.
so i guess its running shoes and gym clothes for me at lunchtime - i'm aiming for 30 mins of fast walking every day... anyone with me on this?
