Hello. I was diagnosed with PCOS about a year ago. I'm on Metformin, 500 mg three times a day. Haven't lost any weight on it, but it sure has helped with the "I'd kill you for that candy bar" strength cravings.

Welcome.

For me metformin itself did not make/allow me to lose weight - but I do think it supported things when I started getting serious about my diet & working out hard.
