I've been doing the biggest loser workout vids, and sure... I've had sore arms and legs before in the past, but after these vids my bum muscles are sore!! It must be all the lunges and squats, but I don't think my butt has ever been this sore before! If I sit for a while I hobble for a bit when I get up!
I think it's kinda funny, what funny things happened to you via exercise?
I do them too and it really works the ol' butt! It's a good thing! I've slacked off ( bad me! ) but it really shapes your butt.. in good way! the pain will go away after a while.. It's a great workout.. once we get over the hobblingand whatnot!!
I actually think you've motivated me to start back up on them!! thanks!
Sometimes I spend so long on the treadmill or elliptical that I trip myself when I get off- no matter how gracefully my attempt is. Good thing I have a treadmill at home now, haha!
I once had a personal trainer and he had me do 1 hour of nothing but (butt!) lunges! Crazy, huh? Anyway, for the next three days, I couldn't sit on the toilet without falling onto it! LOL!
I have a tredmill in my home too, and after I'm on it for a couple miles, I get off it and can't walk right.. I don't know what the difference is, but I feel funny when I get off..
How & where do you get the "Biggest Loser" workout DVDs?!?
I love this thread! I also end up tripping myself when I get off the elliptical because my toes go numb. Not matter how hard I try I always look so stupid.
*funny story* So I have this funny thing about my shoes being tied....I gotta have them on tight. When I got to the gym I needed to tie my left foot again, so I put it on one of the elliptical things where you put your foot. Well, it moved and I fell over the whole machine (Not just a little trip either - my whole torso went over the machine.) and bruised my already small gym ego. Not to mention this was the ONLY time there was more than 2 people in the gym at one time. Awesome.
sometimes my foot goes numb when im doing the elliptical.. i must put pressure on a certain part of my foot.. and yeah.. im stumbling around trying to wake it up!
i always stumble around after getting off cross trainers or treadmills, people must think i drink before i go or something
Once i tripped over an exercise bike after a cycle class and landed by whacking my shin into the bike next to me and tangling my other foot up in my own bike. Every one like "oh my god are you ok you're a freaking ******!"
Sometimes things are just weird though. My left arm sweats way more than my right. And my right thigh loses weight quicker than my left O_O

I was so sore after doing my legs with my Personal trainer one time that I couldn't walk down the two flights of steps leading out of the gym. So I had to kinda turn and let one leg fall and hobbel down like a penquin.
I also do the tripping thing and have wobbly balance after a treadmill and ESPECIALLY after a workout on an elliptical. I noticed not so much after a workout on a bike!
great stories everyone! it lets me know im not the only one walking around like an old lady!
e- Oh and I ordered the biggest loser: cardio max and power sculpt off of amazon.

Sometimes after running or going on the elliptical, when I sit down to stretch, I feel random little muscle twitches all over my legs... feels so weird!
When I'm on the elliptical too long, my feet get numb...I hate it.
I just started doing crunches on the stability ball. I thought they were easy when I was doing them - I did 100 of them on Sunday and Tuesday this week. Today, I am EXTREMELY SORE in my whole torso area. I can't bend over and use my torso muscles because I groan like an old woman.
I guess this isn't really weird but a "benefit" - does anyone else have this weird tingly feeling all over after a good workout?
My gym has stairs that lead to the elliptical/treadmills. I can get off them and walk (after years of stumbling) but I almost always trip down the stairs, or have to walk super slow, like i'm hurt. People are always staring at me.
