Great job!!! I think those are the basic steps everyone needs to take in order to lose weight. If you're anything like me though, don't get frustrated with #'s in the begining, remember this is all new to your body, introduce it at a comfortable pace.

I also think its easier to make small do-able changes and over time you will get great results. Great start!

Its Overwhelming to see i have people with me. I have started writing a food journal. I am making a note of each food that goes in to my stomach. I did observe that i was taking in food when i am not hungry. writing a journal really helped me to reduce the intake of unnecessary calories. In this journey each moments is becoming a life changing moment. A change for which i am ready to make in my life forever.

Writing on here helps me reduce unnecessary calories, too! Food journal is a wonderful idea! Don't forget to write it down BEFORE you eat it. Might I also suggest TheDailyPlate.com there you can research everything you eat (including most/all label foods) and and it will put down your calories, fat, sodium, sugar...etc. Using the dailyplate, 3fc and working out combined have wonderful tools in my weight-loss journey.

You are starting to workout? Have you taken a look at how many calories per day would work for you?

Default carbs

Congrats on your new commitment! I think what you're doing is awesome but I do have a couple questions/comments:

Is what you described really what you're eating? I am a carb lover (addict) myself but you might want to add some veggies/protein to the mix to keep you more full and to get enough vitamins/nutrients. Also, that doesn't seem like enough food for kickboxing 5x a week, are you walking around hungry?

JO: Hey nice to see your comments. I don't believe in dieting or starving. I eat 5 small meals in a day. I eat from 1500 to 1800 calories per day. I eat veg dishes for example one cucumber + one tomato (dice them into small cubes) three tbsp of non fat yogurt mix them with 1/2 cup of water (can add salt optional). It keeps me full for four complete hours. And i eat fruit salads like One apple+ one pear thats a great snack if i am eating for dinner i put slim fast in it.so i discovered these two which work for my appetite. However i am big fan of progressive soups. They fit my busy lifestyle. I go to 3 cardio classes in which boxing is included and 2 days strengthening exercises.

Hi All, Last week was awesome i went to yoga class, 2 strengthening classes 3 cardio. I even went to cycling class. I felt so good. I even tried DR. OZ's drink which oprah calls "a glass of fresh". It was good. I lost one more pound. I am good to go. I know i will reach my traget. I am more confident and strong.
