Welcome to a new decade and congratulations!!! It's wonderful that you are still making big strides when you are closing in on goal. Exercise rocks! Adding exercise recently has really helped me kick my weight loss in gear too.

Duh! So busy yakking about not remembering the change of month - Congrats SH315!! Very well done!

Although I have nto done much to serve it - I think I have lost some from my waist. I measured but as I cannot remember what my waist size was that was a bit pointless. Only wish my tummy would disappear!!

Congrats on the weight loss! I can't wait until I'm as close to my target weight as you are!

Exercise really is the key.... I'm pretty bad at having a regular routine myself, guess that's something I should get to grips with as soon as possible.

i cant imagine myself looking how i want to look when those extra 10lbs are gone....
in all fairness i cant see where the 8lbs from last month went from....
i know ive got to be changing tho....
i think my goal is going to be significantly tuned when im closer to my original....

Had a BBQ at work on a roof terrace last night! HOwever due to be a fraidy cat I stayed inside. Cannot do roof terraces. Had some lovely food (veggie burgers and soss, plus Pimms and red wine (not in same glass). Went home feeling very tired (but not emotional!).
