Default smartwater

has anyone heard of smartwater by glaceau? it is vapor distilled and really yummy. I like it so much better than spring or any other water. However, it does have electrolytes added which is calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and potassium bicarbonate. and that is it...the vapor distilled water and electrolytes. I know our bodies rejuvenate our electrolytes when we eat.....does anyone know if this would be SB compatable? it is soooo good, really clean tasting water. Please tell me it is !!!

Looks fine to me, Pooky. I'm not a bottled water person as I have a wonderful well with great cold water that has lots of good stuff in it. It's 180 feet deep so should be good.
By the way, sorry I didn't you to The Beach. I just spotted your post in the Bios and Phase I thread.

If it is fine with Ruth, I'm sure it is fine.

Be careful with the amount of it that you drink, it does have quite a bit of sodium in it. I drink it, but only during spin class when I need the electrolytes. Sodium makes me puffy, so I avoid it when I'm not really active.

zeffryn- I am not sure if we are talking about the same product. The bottles I drink don't have any sodium-0- I don't feel so bad about drinking it now!
