Cool Lost 30 lbs....and I never want to find it again!
It was my goal to be 175 this month and I DID IT! I keep doubting myself and my ability to lose weight because sometimes, it seems to stall, but then, all of the sudden, I drop a few pounds and I get to where I want to be! I vowe to not doubt myself anymore in this journey!

I hear ya on the doubting..On weigh-in day, I am the most negative person EVER..and then I see the scale and I'm ok..(so far). But I'll know I'll have an obstacle sooner or later where I might be up a few or so, and I hope that it won't discourage me or make me think my time's been wasted..cause as you said, I never want to find the stuff I've lost AGAIN!
