I use Daily Plate. I used to use SparkPeople but I like the interface of DP much better.

I use Fitday, which I like because of its simplicity. The downside is that I have to input a lot of custom foods because the food list is not that comprehensive.

I use Daily Plate. It's free or you can sign up for a membership plan (I use the free stuff). Works well for me and is pretty easy to use.

I used to use fitday, but switched over to dailyplate and I like it much better.

I use Daily Plate to log all my calories for the day, but according to that site, my caloric limit is around 2300 -- I keep my number lower than 1600 but still use the Daily Plate because it has nutritional information for a lot of foods.
