So, I found this site yesterday and was inspired to start exercising again. I freely need to lose 60 more pounds. My problem is that when I go for a 30 minute walk my BS goes so low (40 - 50), right now its 46, that I feel like I'm going to faint.
Fasting BS this morning was 108. I had breakfast, 1/2 c. Kashi goLean cereal with 1 med. banana and 1/2 c. soy milk. 2 cups of coffee w/ coffee mate.
Now the rest of my day I'll feel tired and cranky.
I know everyone is different but how do you balance exercise and lows? How many carbs and what kind should I eat before walking. I'm afraid I'll go too low one day and be in real trouble.
PS I apologize if this doesn't make much sense its taken me 20 minutes to type this due to low bs.
