Default met two goals at once!
i finally made it halfway to my goal weight!

but that's not the milestone i'm most excited about. i have been struggling for months now to get below 160. it wasn't a plateau, i just haven't been staying on plan consistently. but i made a fresh start 3 weeks ago and lost 5.5 lbs, putting me at 159.5 today!

i haven't been under 160 since i was probably a freshman in high school. i'm so excited, and i'm motivated to work even harder now!
