Talking Starting again
I did Atkins 9 years ago. Lost 20# got pregnant. (unplanned kid no. 3, shop is now closed)

Okay, so now I have about 40# to loose. I just started Atkins again yesterday. Dropped all carbs, doing the phase 1.

Here is the pickle, I am a pastry chef instuctor. I will here by no longer be tasting the students work.

People, I am going to need all the help I can get.

I know it's not a lot of weight to loose, but I am having health issues because of it.

Besides loosing weight for myself, I would like to work on desserts that anyone can eat. Meaning on a menu you could have a low carb dessert/bread/pastry or a gluten free/lactose free/etc... Anywhere. (this will take some doing but the movement has begun.)

I look forward to visiting daily and getting/giving helpful tips to eachother.

Squid: I see a huge career oppourtunity for you here! I'm sure most people would love to see some experiments with deserts that are sweetened with limited sugar alcohols. Hey, any weight that bugs you is what is important! Hope everything goes swimmingly for you!
