I did Atkins 9 years ago. Lost 20# got pregnant. (unplanned kid no. 3, shop is now closed)
Okay, so now I have about 40# to loose. I just started Atkins again yesterday. Dropped all carbs, doing the phase 1.
Here is the pickle, I am a pastry chef instuctor. I will here by no longer be tasting the students work.
People, I am going to need all the help I can get.
I know it's not a lot of weight to loose, but I am having health issues because of it.
Besides loosing weight for myself, I would like to work on desserts that anyone can eat. Meaning on a menu you could have a low carb dessert/bread/pastry or a gluten free/lactose free/etc... Anywhere. (this will take some doing but the movement has begun.)
I look forward to visiting daily and getting/giving helpful tips to eachother.
