I broke the 140s...again. I don't expect i'll stay under 140, but not for lack of trying!! It just seems to fluctuate that way. But it seems that scale is making its way that direction!! YAY!!

139.2!!!

I am in the exact same boat. I'm hoping if I stay totally on plan through the weekend I will be able to break into the 130's. Congrats!!!!

That just happened to me too! I have been holding at 139.0 for the last week, hopefully never to see the 140s again. Congrats! It's a great feeling, eh? I have the same final goal as you too, only 14 more lbs to go.
