Default 50 lbs gone 30% goal
50 lbs gone!!!!!! I hit my 30% goal. I only have to do this 7 more times and then figure out maintenance. I feel amazing!!!!!!! I also want to say it is so great having this board to share the excitement and the tribulations. With my husband/family I stay very low key and go day by day. If they ask me how I am doing I keep it to I am happy. On this board I can jump up and down!!!
