Well, after only being back to my "good", new lifestyle for 3 days, I've dropped 2 of the 6 lbs I gained! I'm sure I'm retaining water, which I am losing right now, but I am also sure it's not all water.
If anyone out there has recently gained, I implore you to get back on track asap! It is so much easier (for me) to lose recently gained weight, and the sooner you get on plan, the sooner you feel physically and emotionally better. Cheers, all!
