108 g fat (64 g saturated)
266 g

Let's look at America's Worst Drink in numbers:

73: The number of ingredients that go into this milkshake.
66: The number of teaspoons of sugar this drink contains.
11: The number of Heath Bars you would have to eat to equal the number of calories found in one Baskin Robbins Large Heath Bar Shake.
12: The average number of minutes it takes to consume this drink.
240: The number of minutes you'd need to spend on a treadmill, running at a moderate pace, to burn it off.

Oh yea and ladies on the positive side i posted 125 BEST super market foods in america in the 100lb club... but i may as well add it here http://www.menshealth.com/eatthis/Be...est_cereal.php

I saw that same article and was shocked. That is almost double my calories consumed in an average of 12 minutes.

I have it and its a great book. I go out to eat quite often with friends and its good to know the healthy choices. It even has grocery store foods, holiday foods, movie theatre, vending machines and ball games. I highly reccomend it. Even if you dont use it its a great read

My husband LOVES their Reese's shake. About a year ago, I went on their website to see if they posted the nutritional info. That's when I explained to him there are 2320 cals in the large version of his favorite shake. He hasn't had one since!!!

I should probably get him that book.

I can't believe over 2000 calories can fit into a drink! Not that I would have ever ordered any of those high-ranking ones, but I'll definitely be sure and stay away from them now. Drink are so often times overlooked at containing any more than a few trace calories, and boy, what a common misconception that is! I'm so glad that I'm an unsweetened iced tea/water addict. It makes my beverage choices a heck of a lot easier, that's for sure!!!
