Hi ladies and gents. Well, I'm back home from vacation, and I've gained back 6.5 lbs. Could be worse, and I'm treating it has part of the journey, and I refuse to get down on myself or get discouraged. Still, I want this to be a lifestyle change, and when I do on vacation, I want to stick to the smart choices I make at home. But now it is simply time to get on track, and get on with a happy life. It was rather painful moving my ticker, however.
Just thought I would post to own up to the community - we will have good times and bad, but when we do fall off the wagon, we should get back on! Good luck all!
