Good Morning,
My name is Debbie Rison. I am a new member on this board. I heard about this community through my weight watchers meeting on Tuesday.
I joined Weight Watchers on January 9th, 2002. To date, I have lost 12.8 lbs. I am a little over 1 lb. from my 10% target weight.
I enjoy the encouragment that I get from other Weight Watchers.
A little about myself. I am the wife of James, and the mother of 6 children. I am a homemaker. My husband is a minister, and I minister through music.
I started WW when my weight started creeping up on me. I have always been a yo-yo dieter. When I turned 30 yrs. old, I started on the Rotation Diet. My weight dropped down to 95 lbs. I kept the weight off for several years. When I had my last two children, I found that it wasn't as easy to get off and keep off.
Now, I am 44 years old, I have high cholestorol, not because I eat unhealthy, but through heredity. So, I decided that I needed to do something to stay off the medicine. Plus, I was borderline overweight.
Anyway, that is it in a nutshell. Thanks for listening. Have a wonderful day! Bye, Debbie R.
