Default 3FC Signup: July 4th ~ Canada Day ~ Henley Regatta 5K
Due to the CRASH we will start all over with the next 5K sign-ups.

This will be the 3rd 3FC 5K. It will be held from July 2 through 6.

The race is for EVERYONE!

For those that aren't familiar, a 5K is 3.1 miles. Most folks run them or walk them. Because of health issues for some of our members we have found many ways to participate and get people moving!

We have runners ~ walkers ~ strollers with babies ~ bicycles ~ walks to the zoo ~ with friends and family ~ stops for ice cream ~ pic-nics ~ on treadmills ~ gazelles ~ wheelchairs ~ swimming ~ horse riding

Some have finished in blazing speed running...others have taken a few days to get the miles in.

Our purpose here is to encourage people to get up and get moving...bringing their familes with them in whatever ways they can.

We have had ladies throw away inhalers ~ we have ladies that couldn't walk it all in one day now doing 2 a day! Several don't stop at 3.1 miles...they just keep going!

We had about 40 before the CRASH ~ time to re-build!
