I'm your height and I just lost 25 pounds in the last 3 1/2 months. I started about 20 pounds lower. Due to life right now, I'm not able to get in much official "exercise", though I'm trying to be somewhat active as I can. So, if you do diet and exercise, I think you can certainly come close. And, for me, the diet has been a switch to healthier choices, including tons of veggies, fruits and whole grains. Keeping track of what I eat has been an eye-opener, too. It not only helps me keep my calories in check, but it can help me notice when I'm slacking on the veggies!

Your plan is a tad aggressive. You have about eleven weeks. So, even if you lost two pounds per week, you'd only lose 22 pounds. But, I say go for it! I wanted to be at an ideal weight for my wedding. Then I realized it was too much to lose in too short a time, so I didn't do anything. I wish I had!

I'm going to the beach in July I would hate to have to wear shorts on the beach this year I'm going to stick to it. Right now I'm starving because we had hotdogs for dinner and they are SUPER high in calories. I hate making different meals for different people so I try to just go with the flow and stay within my limit. I have about 200 calories left for the day

Y'all look great!
