If you don't have a gym....don't worry.
Ways to get your strength training challenge letter
Make a boot camp of your own.
Pick 5 exercises and 5 cardio challenges.
1. Exercise for quads - Squats do for 1 min
2. Cardio - Mountain climber do for 2 min
3. Exercise for Hamstrings - Walking Lunges do for 1 min
4. Cardio - Mock Jump Rope - pretend you don't need the rope for 2 min.
5. Exercise for Chest - Push ups for 1 min.
6. Cardio - Burpies for 2 min
7. Exercise for Triceps - Dips for 1 min
8. Cardio - Jog in Place for 2 min
9. Exercise for Abs - Crunches for 1 min.
10. Cardio - Jumping Jacks for 2 min
This will take 15 min and NO equipment!!! You can change the Exercise for the body part and the cardio exercise to keep it different and fun.
Let your kids help pick and do it with you. Mine have a blast!
