I spent 2 hours mowing my lawn (and didn't even get it finished!) with a small push mower. It's the kind that isn't self propelled so I did actually have to push, I felt tired when I was done, and I may have broken just the tiniest sweat when going up and down some odd little humps and hills. Does that count as a workout today? Pretty please?
Yes, it does, and good for you, beautifying the yard and exercising at the same time. You get double points for that. It's a great workout for your upper arms and your back, not to mention all the walking.
