Thumbs up Want to loose 8lbs byt 25th june

Hello everyone

Ive set a goal to loose 8lbs by 25th june thats possible rite? I am worried about getting enough nutrition in my diet i'm a terror for keeping extra calorier for cookies but I am trying to remember to eat at least 2 portions of fruit everyday but sometimes I forget I do eat veg most days thou. I've already lost around 19lbs in the last 2yrs which is slow because I veer off track sometimes...ok mainly that special time of the month and I am on the continious pill but still i crave like mad, I feel like a dog drooling just without the drool hehe

Oh dear i'm off track again anyways my first weigh in is on wednesday, i've been eating on average 1600 cal a day with a cookie added in lol i've found eating a boiled egg for breakfast keeps the hunger off longer too.(I also have a vit b12 shortage getting injection for it tommorrow)
Anyways here's hoping I get that 8 lbs off. The reason it's 8lbs is because I weight 12stone 8lbs and I sooo want to get to 12stone somewhere I've not been for 9 yrs
Anyways i'm loving this website and everyone seems so nice

Hey Jella,

Yes, it is possible! But you'll need to count carefully and not veer accidentally. Think more about vegetables, because they fill you up without a huge amount of calories.

Good luck!

Thank you, I think I'll start eating a salad for lunch get some carrots and things in there. I'd do a search for a good one because knowing me I'll add cheese or ham and ruin the whole idea!! I really want to make changes that will last a lifetime not just while I 'diet'

Do you like cottage cheese?

If you just have a huge bowl of vegetables and fat free cottage cheese instead of dressing ... you can't go wrong.

A tablespoon of grated parm has around 25 calories. I use it on salads frequently. What I do is make my own dressing with a tsp of olive oil and 1 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, plus a little bit of cumin mixed in. Toss with mixed greens, some parm (or feta if I'm feeling extra decadent) and maybe some green olives (LOVE!) and put some protein like tuna or grilled chicken on top. It's delicious.

Fun! I don't like parmesan

I do like cottage cheese, but lots of folks don't. I'm especially happy with it because I can skip dressing. Tuna and salmon work well too.

Default Lipotrim

I was at my gp today and discussed my options because I have to drop some antidepressents and it mucks up my weight loss. She she reccommened lipotrim. Is there a thread on it already? Or will I start one, i'm scared about doing it and worried about putting all the weight back on but she said because i've kept my 19lbs off for so long i should be ok once I am sensible about it all....I know this is off topic but I dont want to make a new thread if there is already one here my goal still stands at 8lbs lipotrim or not!

yuck just googled it.

its meal replacements. i hate the idea of anything like that because it doesnt teach you to eat the right foods... i mean what happens when you stop using them?

i would steer well clear... im pretty shocked that a GP would even go there to be honest!

Hey!

The place to post a thread about products like this would be the Does It Work? forum:

http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/foru...=11&order=desc

You can also search for the name and see if anything comes up.
