Happy Birthday you little Pisces you! I too am a Pisces! I will be 48 and darn proud of it so enjoy your 28th year and have a blast!!!
I have to say though, 30 was my personal favorite. I hope you do something special for you...a manicure , massage, a do, something! Happy Happy Birthday.

Thanks Pam...nothing special for myself really...I need new socks so that will be ny splurge (Hey i have 3 kids, and the oldest needs new jeans) BF bought me 1/4 ct. diamond earrings. We are going out Friday night for dinner and a movie to celebrate. I also bought me some nails, can't seem to grow them anymore, but have yet to apply them!
