Ok, I am freely going to admit that I have not been drinking as much water as I should of. I have been chucking down the Diet Mt. Dew like no tomorrow. But I have started to change that over the last two days by having at least 8 glasses of water. The caffeine headaches I expected, but is it normal to feel like a bloated cow in the beginning? Please tell me yes.
you are totally OK, until your body adjusts to the increased load of water, and flushes it and the water it's been retaining, you will feel a little yuck... but, once you adjust, and get past the tinkles every five minutes, you'll feel soooo much better :-)

the Diet Mt. Dew even though it is sugar free will still elevate your insulin level and cause cravings. Drink that water! you go girl!
