Yay!
First time in over a month! I have bad back problems, and I'm a little lazy. I do wear my pedometer everyday though and always get my 10,000 steps in. I finally went today though; I got tired of paying for the stupid gym membership and being to lazy to go!
I even grabbed a gym schedule so I can pick activities 2-3 nights a week when DH is at night school/work.
Slowly, but surely, I'll get there....
You know what's sad? 7 years ago (high school) I rode my bike 20 miles EVERYDAY....For fun! Now look at me *sigh*
All right. That's enough of a pity party.
Another thing I'm proud of?
This is a silly thing...
I gagged down a bowl of oatmeal!!!! I haaaate oatmeal, but I found a new kind that has tons of vitamin s in it, and for some reason I get sick when I take regular vitamins, even kid ones. So I now look for vitamin rich food. I have never in my life been able to eat oatmeal (I like the taste, can't stand the texture). It is so hard for me to swallow, with out barfing. I rewarded myself with fresh strawberries. I think I had more energy today. The oatmeal has lots of B vitamins.
