Talking Foods that help you stay on plan?

I thought this would be helpful to others. Some foods just tend to help keep a diet going, you know what I mean?

Mine are:
Red seedless grapes. I love them. I actually get cravings for these...help to tame the sweet tooth.

Naturally More Peanut Butter: I eat a PBJ for lunch almost every day. I find them very filling.

1% milk. Skim just won't do it for me. I add 1/2 tray of ice to 3/4 cup of milk with vanilla, 1 tsp. of cocoa powder, and 2 T of sugar to make a very filling shake when I have a craving for ice cream. (I work right across the street from a DQ and it takes everything I have from hitting the drive-thru after work for a Blizzard, lol).

Low fat cottage cheese with a little bit of maple syrup mixed in. It has so much protein that it keeps me satisfied for a long time, and the hint of sweetness makes it so delicious!

Anything high fiber and high protien.

Right now i am loving Special K protien plus with fresh berries for bfk. Starts my day off right and i am full til lunch. I was a biscuit person for bkf...bad stacy bad. So cereal is a big improvement and if i start my day on track, i am more likely to stay on track.

I know this may sound nuts, but pickled pigs feet help me. If I get hungry in the evening, a couple of bites satisfies me because they are high in protein and fat and are very vinegary....a couple of bites is only 80 cals, but I'm satisfied for the rest of the evening.

My favorite evening snack berries (any kind, fresh or frozen) topped with 1/2 fat free palin yogurt with a little vanilla and a few drops of stevia and 1/4 cup Natures Path Pumpkin and Flax Granola.

My mid afternoon pick me up is a Kashi TLC Honey Almond Flax bar and a piece of light string cheese.

Grape tomatoes!
Nancy's Organic cottage cheese, 1%, once you have it you
will never go back to ordinary cottage cheese again. Very
cheesy, not runny.
My lattes are strong coffee, or decaf (depending on the time
of day), one cup 1% organic milk, heat up the milk and
zip it up with a handheld frother, pour in hot, strong coffee
(I make it in a french press).
85% dark chocolate square - anything lighter tastes
cloyingly sweet now. But I've been off sugar for years
now and you really do lose your taste for it. Someone gave
me a flavored latte by accident the other day and I gagged.
Was a wonderful feeling!
