some dahl soup 1
naan with spinach 4
dinner:
curried spinach salad 2
roasted red pepper soup 0
carr's whole wheat crackers 6
cheese 3
snack:
yoghurt 2
kashi crunch 3
total: 26
exercise: 45 min elliptical some stretching
