This is a
one month challenge. I decided to start this because it's a month till the summer! I know a lot of us have summer goals. Let's try to ramp this up by making a challenge.
We'll have till
May 30th to reach your goals. Hold on, Shannon, a month is really short! How will I reach a goal in a month?!? Pssssh.
In a month, you could:
-Start a new healthy habit(it takes a month to make a habit according to a couple things I read this week)
-Get back on plan
-lose 4 pounds(1 pound a week)
-lose 8 pounds(2 pounds a week)
-start c25k program
-add more exercise into your plan
-add 100 extra steps into your life every week/day
-lose a pants size perhaps
-And
much more!
