Exclamation need help with activity points!!

I just bought a pedometer, and it counts up my activity points for each day. I also do weights/crunches each day too. However, I'm not sure if I should be eating extra points to make up for those that I use when I'm exercising. I'd heard that I didn't have to, in order to maximize weight loss....but when I hit a plateau last week, my leader asked me if I'd been exercising, and if I'd been eating enough to make up for it! I just assumed that I shouldn't eat extra...but apparently, I'm not losing weight because of it! Help! I don't know what I'm doing wrong!

You don't have to eat them, but when you exercise your body needs fuel to make up for all the work it is doing. If you are plateauing, try eating half of your APs every day you earn them and see if that helps.
