i was wondering if anyone has paid attention to the # of calories in LA lites. i know regardless we're allowed two but the caramel for example has 160 calories while the coconut has 180 calories? might as well cut some calories down too! any info anyone?

I have a few different varieties here at home, I'll check em out and post the calories in them:

Chocolate Crunch: 180
Honey Nougat: 180
Choc Chip Cookie Dough: 180
Lemon: 190
Choc Peanut Butter: 170
Coconut: 180

Funny that the one that you'd expect to be the highest in calories is the lowest (PB) and the one that sounds the healthiest (lemon) is the highest in calories.

Ok this doesn't have to do with LA Lites but I found a new protien bar! And it is soooo good! Just thought I would share it with you all!
It's called Twisted I found it at Target he is the nutritional info:
Calories 190
Total Fat 6g
Sodium 150mg
Sugars 13
Protien 15
They have Pretzel, carmel, peanuts, nougat and chocolatey coating! YUM!

To cut the calories even more, go with the drinks. For instance the hot cocoa has 80 calories and the orange drink has 40.
