PCOS Daily Food Diary: Week 4/14
Anyone is welcome! We are keeping track of our daily PCOS-friendly diets (and slip-ups!) and any meal ideas or recipes.
Today's meals:
B~ 2 slices Ezekiel bread, 2tbsp lite cream cheese; omlette- egg beaters, 1 lite string cheese, broccoli
S~ 2 creamers in tea
L~ salad greens; 3oz turkey breast; 1 lite string cheese; fat-free Italian dressing
S~ Larabar (chocolate); plain fat-free yogurt cup
Cals so far: 870
Workout: 4-hour shift at stable from 5-9pm. Tomorrow 6am Platoon workout- arm day!
