Biggest Loser Fitness Program and Cook Book ????? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi, I hope some of you can help me. I've been watching the Biggest Loser and recently found out that there are some books out there that give you their fitness program and a cook book also to follow their type on dietary intake.

Has anyone tried it?? Does it work for you like we see on the TV show??

I was checking out the website, which is cool. I'd like to join but I'm not interested in anything with a membership fee. However, they do have certain things available like a PDF downloadable menu that Bob used for his blue team, and you can download that for free. It's a Monday through Friday menu. It's been helping me!

Does it work!? YES! Does it work like we see on TV? NO! Not unless you have 6 to 8 hours a day you can spend working out!
