I run each morning - 2.75 miles currently, but I'll be up to 3.1 by Saturday for the 3FC 5K Other than that, I just chase my toddler around all day!! I just got some free weights though, so my wonderful (ex-trainer) hubby is going to help me set up a routine this weekend....I'm really excited to start toning!!

I'm currently following a marathon training plan that has four weekly runs, two days of cross training (usually biking for me) and 1 rest day.

Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday I do weight training,elliptical or bike ride for cardio and yoga

Monday,Wednesday,Friday I do running H.I.I.T, and pilates

also take a 30 minute walk almost daily

Sat & Sunday I usually rest or do whatever activity we are all doing as a family. This Sat I am doing the 3FC 5k.

Monday: 30 to 60 minutes treadmill(HIIT)
Weights-Legs
Yoga

Tuesday: WATP or some other cardio for 30 min's
Weights-Arms, Chest, back
abs & Stretching

Wednesday: 30 to 60 minutes treadmill(HIIT)
Weights-Legs
Yoga

Thursday:
WATP or some other cardio for 30 min's
Weights-Arms, Chest, back
abs & Stretching

Friday: 30 to 60 minutes treadmill(HIIT)
Weights-Legs
Yoga

Mine changes. Its a Triathalon training program (20 weeks) I sometimes beef up the swim because I don't like going to the pool for just half hour. Here is my "plan" this week:

Sunday: Run 40-60
Monday: Swim 60 Bike 54
Tuesday: Run 26-60
Wednesday: Swim 60 Bike 70
Thurs: Run 40-60
Friday: Swim 60 Bike 88

Monday thru Friday: I do aerobics tapes/DVD's in the morning.

(On Mondays & Thursdays I do tapes that mix cardio and weight training.)

Also Monday thru Friday, I jog for about 30 minutes before getting ready for bed. (I've found that this is a great way for me to release all the stress of my day, and it actually makes me sleep better!) On Fridays I do intervals.

On Saturdays I do weights.

Sundays: I usually take a 45 minute walk around my neighborhood.

M,T,W,Th,F,S,S, Weather permitting i'm out on the trail's with my doggie, We walk /jog up to 10 mi's. I'm just started to jogging a couple wk's ago, i think i'm kind of slow at it, but who care's what i look like. (but i did jog non stop the other day over a 1.5 mi's,my best yet). If it's raining i just do 4 to 6 mi's on treadmill. And when dh get's home from work it's back to the trail's to ride bike's, we have only gone as far a 16 mi's we just got them. Also it's getting to that time of yr that we will be able to open the pool (can't wait for warmer weather). I do take a day off when i have something that need's to be done. Otherwise i get tooooo board if i don't have anything to do.
