Default I'm sooo pumped.....

First i want to tell someone anyone(lol) today i jogged over a mile without stopping, omg!!! i still can't believe that a yr ago i was smoking 2 pack's a day to now jogging????

What i'm really pumped abt is last night my dh bought me a Trek 7100 bike, I have wanted one for a long time, he even bought himself one. Now maybe we can start doing thing's together again? I rode mine home last night 7 mi's and today my butt is sore,lol . Think i'll get a gel cover for the seat... Get this last night was the first time in over 20 yr's that i have even been on a bike, at first all i could think was "Please God don't let me fall off,lol.

Great job on the jogging and on the new bike!!! My fiance and I can't wait for warmer weather so we can start going for bike rides together on the weekends.

I hear ya on the warmer weather, it was nice out when we bought them 2 day's ago, now it look's like we might be getting some slushie snow over the week end, i may have to resort to riding it in the garage,lol.

way to go! the gel cover seat is a must! I have one on my bike, it doesnt not elimated the soreness but it sure cuts down on it, once you get used to riding you stop getting sore too! have fun!
