I'm sorry you're having a rough time. I wish there were easy answers.
But what I really want to say right now is that of course there are reasons for you to like yourself! Right now, just as you are. I've read exactly one post of yours and I can already tell that you are witty and insightful and funny and honest. Are not those qualities worth liking? Maybe even loving?
I agree with Josephine - of course you should like yourself now. There is obviously plenty about you to like and love - everything that she said plus you mention good family, friends and boyfriends - would they be there if there was nothing to like?
I do understand the uncomplicated feeling of a binge - but it isn't really uncomplicated otherwise we wouldn't be here and we wouldn't feel so unhappy after we've done it.
Well done on maintaining a healthy BMI. I can't wait 'till I get there
