Default Mini Goals

Well I've started on the Slimming World and I have set myself a target, now with Slimming World you have your club ten which for me is to lose 2st 7lb and I was thinking that if I lose 2.5lbs a week it would take me about 15 weeks but then this little light bulb popped into my head that said heck girl go one further. So I counted up the weeks and there are 21 weeks till my 21st birthday, and 21 times 2.5lb is erm I can't remember now i've lost my piece of paper but it would see me at 21stone. So thats my mini goal.

21 weeks till my 21st birthday and hopefully to 21 stone. Lets hope i can do it.

Just remember that 2.5 lbs a week is quite a lot per week, so don't be discouraged if it doesn't come off as quickly as you planned. All losses are good!

plus as the weight goes it gets harder and harder to maintain the same loss....

good luck, they are right, esp if ya hit a plateau.
Id say it wasnt much of a mini goal :P it wud be quite a big accompliment and its a long time, so keep urself motivated Id say have a goal for in a month or two

id suggest something to keep you motivated too....
like place something on the wall to remind you....
or as your screen saver on your computer....
just to give that extra bit of motivation....
