Talking April '08 5 pounds/month Challenge (#5)

Ok so I joined the 5lbs/month challenge back in February, but it seems the original thread owner has discontinued the thread, so I'm picking it back up for April.
The cut off date to join is the 5th of this month, saturday. if you want to joining and its passed the 5th feel free to hang out and chat, and I'll add you in the next month.

So ill start by listing my informations:
start weight (i think) is 194 my overall goal is to eventually get to 135, and my short term is 183.
My goals for the month
- i want to see some drop in my body measurements (took them on the 1st)
- get back on my routine for exercise
- drop to 190
- no sugary soda AT ALL before the 19th (my two year anniversary)

Mousai- Thanks for starting this new challenge. I hope we get some more people to join. It was too bad that it started to fall apart a bit. Maybe we can contact some of the others and let them know we're on again. The last two weeks have sucked for me. I actually gained 3 pounds and I have not done that since I started in Jan. Needless to say I have been bummed. I haven't done anything different so I'm confused. I think I'm back in the swing. So here goes.

Starting weight is 222.5
I want to see at least 5 pounds this month and get into the teens finally.

HEY! glad to see your on board!! i left a link in the previous thread, i hope we get people back in here.
im sorry about your slump, and the 3 pounds, but just gotta keep pushing at it and youll be back on track in no time. its a new month! so time to start fresh.
i had a rotten march as far as weight went, i kept bouncing up and down with my weight, but i seem to have it back, i was at 193 this morning so i hope that number holds. im doing a detox right now, just a 3 day thing to get me back on track, tomorrow is my last day, then a week of low calorie and another 3 day detox. i want to put in a lot of work before the 19th so i can look really good for my 2 year anniversary with my boyfriend.

Mtiger - glad to see a familiar face, wait... avatar... name... whatever. Lets bust it out here too! By the way, just read that big problem with plateaus is not enough water. Searched through my food log and the weeks I've wimped out, minimal to no weight loss. Thought about you and the recent struggle, are ya doing the water thing consistently?

Mousai - nice to meet ya. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning.

I have been at this weight loss, get healthy thing seriously since 2/19/08. Down 9 last time I checked. This is one of 4 threads I'm joining. Do a weekend maintenance thread, in with the Women on Weed through Memorial day. Waiting for next TBL challenge to start which goes through August, so a 5lbs 1 month-er fits right in. Plus, BF and I start our frequent trips to Havasu the 1st weekend of May. Gotta get back to good!

My weight seems to be fluctuating up and down so put my start weight at 189. I'm hoping I am just retaining with TOM on the way!!

Okay, I'm back.. I went ona few month hiatus.... But my bf and I are in a competition now to see who can lose more weight before we move down south.... (Oh, so many things have changed in my life in the past 2 months!)

Stayed the same today. I have big plans to work out hard tonight. Then I am on spring break and so excited. I have a lot to do in my yard so hope to work off some pounds.

i'm out of the competition, but still lurking, i like you guys!! no scale victories for me from now on (the scale has been too kind, and letting me get away with bad habits), so the 5 lbs a month isn't quite right. But good to see you all again!
