As of this morning, another pound gone.

Mother's Day Goal: 2 of 10 gone! I am on track!

This has been, and continues to be, a difficult week for me...I've been dealing with some emotional baggage that got triggered. I'm coping okay, ups and downs, but coping. For once, I am not comforting myself with food. I have no idea why this change of behaviour, but I'm not going to 'look a gift horse in the mouth', so to speak.

Irish: are u really going for an Idol audition???
